The location was GREAT with easy access to train lines. The staff also spoke english WELL. I found the onsen LOVELY, it was such a treat after walking all day.
Breakfast was a setup tray. There were no options, only coffee or water. The room was small. It was EXPENSIVE for what it offered as a hotel.

I loved the convenient location. It was close to train lines. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. We appreciated their kindness, but the amazing cafe nearby was great.
the twin room layout was a bit odd. the separate shower and toilet seemed like a lack of privacy, and there wasn't much room to get changed without getting clothes wet. these issues.
